BOTULINUM TOXIN
Level 1
Level 1 Botulinum Toxin course is a one day (8 hour) hands-on workshop. This course will include the history and mechanism of action of the botulinum toxins, facial anatomy, safety and efficacy, treatment guidelines, dilution information, and various injection techniques.
Marketing strategies, pricing and best practice information will be provided.
Participant should bring two models for injecting on the day of the course.
Saline will be used, but Botox and Dysport will be available for purchase and injection on the day of the course. There will be no product charge for injecting registered models.
Participants will be provided with a CD containing consents and medical history forms and more..
This course is designed for physicians, nurse practioners, physician assistants, dentists and registered nurses. Participants should check with their licensing board to determine regulations specific to your state.
DERMAL FILLERS
Level 1
Level 1 Dermal filler course is a one day (8 hour) hands on workshop. This course will include the history of collagen and dermal filler products as well as the different injection techniques. Pain management will be discussed as well as numbing agents and nerve blocks.
Exploration of consultation methods to include patient selection as well as selection of proper filler and the importance of patient expectations will be explored.
Marketing strategies, pricing and best practice information will be provided.
Participants should bring two models for injection on the day of the course.
Products used for this course may include: Perlane, Restylane, Juvederm, Juvederm Ultra Plus, and Belotero. This course includes 2 syringes of dermal filler products for injection. There will be no product charge for injecting registered models.
