Models are required to pay a $50.00 deposit in order to reserve appointment. If deposit is not paid, model will not receive an appointment time.

Deposits will be used towards the cost of the product used during model's procedure.

**Are you looking to try a cosmetic procedure for the first time, or perhaps looking to take advantage of maintaining your services at a discount?
By allowing medical professional students to work on you as a model, you will recieve services at a 50% discount of retail prices.
All procedures are performed by medical professionals under an instuctors supervision and guidance.
Once enrolled in a course, the deposit amount will be applied to the cost of your products that you recieve during your treatment. Appointment times will be emailed to all models 2 days prior to the course they enrolled in. Model times will be between 1:00-6:00pm.
Procedure fees are:
Botox 7$/ unit
Dysport 3$/unit
Restylane/ Juvederm/ Belotero $395 per 1cc syringe
Juvederm Ultra Plus / Restylane Lyft $425 per 1cc syringe
Voluma $450 per 1cc syringe
